Young man was very polite and courteous. He was extremely professional going in depth on the process used to clean our carpet. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take him and he was finished within that time. He helped me move things out of the way so he could clean. This young man was upbeat and friendly. Definitely an asset to safe-dry. I’ll use your company again because of this young mans customer service.
